Or use the hole in the pasta claw. It is one helping of long pasta. Otherwise half of a cup of dry pasta makes one big helping. With tortellini/ravioli just count them.

Mr Gadget Just use your thumb for spaghetti. Or weigh dry and write it down. Two ounces is a general portion and the bundle is as thick as a US quarter.
