I spied a few pieces of leftover oven baked bacon wrapped up in the freezer. I guess we will have some scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and bacon.

I used to like them and in my adult years bought a bunch when they were $1/can. I ended up taking them to the food bank. They used to taste better. Or my tastes have changed.

Got moved to Friday. My inmate now wants Italian milk roast which is on the stove. Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, seared, slowly simmered in half and half with onion, garlic, rosemary, mushrooms. Unsalted crusty bread, tomatoes and Romaine. Give me a chunk of bread and a spoon for the sauce please! Chardonnay.
