What's for supper?

We still have our Ninja but with everything going on we haven't got to use it yet.
You should at least try it, @Marie Mallory . It is so simple to use. Just make a protein shake like you have been drinking, pour it into the ninja container and freeze it overnight. The next day, put it on light ice cream and blend. Then, I usually add a little more milk or cream and give it a re-spin, which makes it even creamier.

The Ninja Creami makes a really LOUD noise, so if you are surprised by how loud it is, don’t worry, it is supposed to sound like that.
I add something like yogurt or cottage cheese to the protein drink mix, but it will work without doing that.
Once you have tried it and see how simple it is, you can get creative with adding fruits or other flavors, like using jello mix or pudding mix.

I have some left over sliced meatloaf in the freezer that I will thaw, and the sides will be mashed potatoes, and green beans.
This is Dwayne typing for Marie,
Jake just did a meatloaf a couple days ago and put it in the freezer too. Jake and I have been eating good with several ready-made meals from the freezer. Today will be BBQ Chicken or Pirlo aka chicken n rice.

I got in the habit of cooking ahead and freezing meals when I was taking night classes while working full time. I still do it. No sense in taking the time to cook and making a single meal. Plus, some thing taste better after they've aged.

Regarding supper tonight...I don't know what I'll have. I bought a Domino's pizza a few weeks ago and still have servings of that frozen. Either that or I'll make the ravioli I bought at ALDI yesterday. Wither way, I'll have a salad on the side.
