Mushroom quarters simmered in butter, garden onions and fresh thyme, grilled thick pork loin chops with a sriracha glaze, grilled potato wedges. A big bowl of rabbit food and sliced cucumber.

Since I am not up to snuff today, ground beef patties with onion soup mix base, oven roasted red potatoes and pork beans.
I did not even really want to eat, but half a piece of meat, few potatoes and about tbs of beans.
We had our ice cream earlier.

Baking day so I may as well add pizza. Very thin, garden tomato sauce with garlic and basil, one with lots of smoked ham chunks and grilled onion/bell pepper and one with little ham. That will put three quick meals in the freezer and one on the table tonight.

It is already too hot and humid this morning to even think about cooking anything. The banana split that John had the other day sounds pretty good right now. We have a couple of DQ's that is almost 'spittin' " distance away.
If you have a DQ banana split, post a review. I partly rejected that option because I wasn't sure how good they are. Mainly, I don't want one with soft serve ice cream.

I have a couple of pounds of stew meat that I need to do something with, so I'll probably make a pot of stew with potatoes and carrots. Something green and a couple of biscuits to go with it.
I picked fresh green beans today, and Bobby said he wanted baked potatoes to go with them. I found some frozen chicken drumsticks in the freezer and am cooking those in the Ninja Foodi, and will add in stuffing mix, potatoes, the green beans, and some corn. That will be dinner today.
I love that I can precook the chicken with the sear function, and then I can add everything else and turn it to the slow cooker setting and just let it cook until it is ready to eat, all in one cooker .

My permanent room mate had a change of mind. So for pizza meals for the freezer.
A batch of slider buns is in process as are four mini loaves. Pork/beef sliders, a scoop of pasta salad, the last rabbit food and all I can eat tomatoes for me.
