We picked a lot of vegetables out of the garden today; some turnips, tomatoes, and we had already picked the collards and cooked them. For supper we will have collardgreens with turnip , cornbread and chicken

I have some rotisserie chicken in the freezer, so I'll either make some soup or enchiladas. Nothing really sounds good to me right now.

Peanut butter on toast, topped with banana slices. An open face Elvis impersonator sandwich, if you will. I had it last afternoon and was impressed how bowel friendly it was at this mornings conference.

Well, I was digging for the chicken and found a package of frozen pulled pork, so change of plans. We're having pulled pork sandwiches and chips.
