I am going to cheat today! Junk food of the finest!
Battered fish filets in the air fryer, onion rings, mashed potatoes with horseradish, green beans. Grown up version of fish sticks.
 
Tilapia fillets lightly breaded and pan fried in butter and EVOO.. Lemon juice added while cooking..
A salad that I made..

Chicken breast bone in and skin on is marination and will go on the grill. A neighbor brought hot homemade salsa. Mexican rice and black beans eans?

Yes I'm way too thin, although this tailbone thing has nothing to do with it, I was doing ok always busy walking trials, clearing out the woods of tree killing vines and stor4m debris.
What did this horrible injury was something as simple as doing squats, ironically it was to build more leg muscle. Which it just destroyed what leg muscle I had left from my weight loss.
