Water. I am always drinking lots of water. I had a few cups of plain black coffee very early this morning, and a cup of hot tea with honey mid-morning. I use to drink hot tea for many years for a mid-morning and afternoon drink, then I lost my taste for tea a few years back, and now it seems to be back.
