We Have Birthdays!

I'm with you about not being enthusiastic, "Jacob", your March 11th right? I'm March 19th 1956, we are the same age it looks like. My my, how the years have flown.

Happy birthday, Jake! A lot of great guys have March birthdays; my husband's was the 17th but he's a year older than you.

Sorry we missed it. If you update your profile information to include your birthday we should see it next year. If people don't fill out the birthday information we don't know what day it is.

Not sure why, but felt "depressed", about hitting "70", this year, like a wake up call or something. Maybe it's five months of Marie's pain. She was up all night again suffering pain. She's sleeping now in her chair. We did all the new Dr. told her, and they set her appt. a "month" away, knowing how long this has been going on, and plus, two "ER", visits; I would think they would have her back "sooner". We will call in the morning and try to move it up. I know what, I'm going to tell them. Oh and "one", more thing that may have done the depression, is the lack of compassion from family on FB, is about our loss of our 36 yo Grand Daughter; sure that didn't help. But we have to "move" on, it's "strange", how our mind works, is a "powerful" thing.

I'm sorry that Marie's treatment isn't helping her more. Is she taking the gabapentin as prescribed? It's really important to take prescription drugs every day, exactly as the doctor says. They are not on an "as needed" basis because some medications need to accumulate in the body to be most effective. Have y'all gotten any test results back yet?

I doubt there's a single thread on this forum that has stayed on-topic. We are old and our conversations ramble. No biggie.
