In a way, it seems to be the same type of immunity that is afforded to foreign diplomats who work or travel throughout the U.S. Anything short of murder is pretty much overlooked and to tell the truth, viewing the suspected antics of Hillary and Bill, I’m not even sure about the murder part.

One of the things that the Founders never envisaged. They never dreamed that political figures in this country would ever do that...or that the voters would allow it. If we could get the Constitution amended so that all legislators had to live under the laws and systems they passed for others, how life would change. Can you imagine social Security and Medicare if Congress had to live under it?

The problem is that the House of Representatives happens to be the body that is responsible for bringing any charges against sitting Congresspeople. The House is the chief prosecuting Constitutional entity but is totally self governing which allows for little or no oversight.

That’s like telling MS-13 to prosecute one of their own gang members for robbing a liquor store. It ain’t’ gonna happen.

Congress may actually go through the motions for appearance sake but in all actuality, the more popular the congressperson is, the less likely the House or the Senate will do anything about a wayward sitting congressperson.

But voters could always vote them out and it seldom happens. The Founders assumed wrongly that the voters would control misconduct in Congress, especially in the House since the Senate was originally chosen by the state legislatures.

That is why I felt like I have been held hostage for years. Worse under Biden, of course. But The ''Change" I vote for is not the change produced; i.e. If I voted for Obama's offer of change.

It does not matter. She is guilty of the crime in marrying her brother. It's conspiracy to commit fraud. It is illegal to marry for a green card, let alone citizenship.
