Those are made by the "San Antonio Shoemakers" (SAS) in Texas. Some of the special stitching models are made by hand in Mexico, though. Very comfortable shoes.
A gallon???????A gallon of chocolate ice cream.![]()

These might be perfect for Mumsy. Would you mind to post the link to the source? Thank you.I have been wearing SAS shoes and sandals for 35 years.
I just ordered a new pair of these USA SAS Swerves. So comfy!
I wear them year around except for long walks. I wear socks
with them in the winter.

Also ordered a new pair of these USA made walking shoe. Best and
longest lasting walking shoe ever, at least for me. New Balance 990.
Not all 990 are USA made, so if price is low, be cautious.

These are coming in next few days. Vintage USA made jeans with
yes, a first for me, elastic on waist. I need more waist flex for
all the old age sitting I do these days.

These were just ordered today. New but USA made by Michael Lauren.
Yep, all elastic waist with generous stretch, very comfy, yet a nice look
for an old lady. I love the front slant pockets. I have a pair of them in black
I got recently.

And overpriced. I have several pairs of "Orthofeet" shoes & sandals that are less than half the price & better quality. They are made in China, Vietnam & Mexico. That doesn't matter to me. I'm often surprised that people are willing to pay double price for inferior quality just to buy "American Made." That applies to cars & all products.$200 shoes are out of my range.
You planning on doing circuit board soldering? That is a great looking set up. I still use my old Weller gun since I don't mess with circuit boards anymore. I haven't done any soldering for over a year and have no plans to do any for the future, but who knows?I ordered some prebiotic of a type that's hard to find (GOS.) The supplement I've taken for the past several years has been discontinued.
I also ordered a soldering station I've had my eye on for a while. You can power it from a laptop power supply or it can be used anywhere by attaching a power tool battery,

@Jacob Petersheim I got my solar house number light yesterday. Charged it up and installed it this afternoon. I just walked up the driveway (in the rain) to take a look and to select my color. I really like it. It looks pretty nice for the money.

I have a gun and a pencil iron, but the pencil just has one of those cheap stamped stands. I was doing some work on an extension cord that got trashed outside a couple of weeks ago and could have used this. I also bought some 3/8" heat-shrink tubing. You planning on doing circuit board soldering? That is a great looking set up. I still use my old Weller gun since I don't mess with circuit boards anymore.
