Those are made by the "San Antonio Shoemakers" (SAS) in Texas. Some of the special stitching models are made by hand in Mexico, though. Very comfortable shoes.

I just ordered a new pair of these USA SAS Swerves. So comfy!
I wear them year around except for long walks. I wear socks
with them in the winter.

longest lasting walking shoe ever, at least for me. New Balance 990.
Not all 990 are USA made, so if price is low, be cautious.

Yep, all elastic waist with generous stretch, very comfy, yet a nice look
for an old lady. I love the front slant pockets. I have a pair of them in black
