Nothing new. Just waiting for full body PET scan. If the results of the scan show any spread, then no surgery, probably chemo if I can tolerate it. Minor spread in vicinity of main tumors, will be radiated. That is a big if. If localized as suspected, then surgery date will be set. Not doubt more hoops to jump thru, preparing for surgery. After surgery, then 6 month tests to watch for activity for the rest of my life.

Anyway, I may not be on here much, as everything hit at once. Hopefully everything will be back on track by Sept and I can focus on staying strong as possible and getting my attitude adjusted.

My 2x4 will be at the ready.

I only have 3 folks on ignore, and he was one of them. I guess I can take him off my list now.

He did and said he was leaving , if I remember right. I don’t remember what it was that he was upset about anymore. I thought he might get over it and come back, but he has not done that.
He was in really poor health, so I hope it was just that he decided not to come back and not that his health got worse.

Looks like it was over a song that was posted in the Somewhere in America songs thread.

Yes, he indicated that he was leaving here to "find some intelligent conversation" elsewhere. I hope he found Mensa.

That was weird how he just kind of fizzled out over nothing.

The only thing I know about Axel was that if he had spelled his name Axle and put on some of that good old USA axle grease, then it would have been "smoother running" and clear to him that Tobacco Road was indeed about the good old USA. I should have reminded him that during WW2 when the soldiers smoked tobacco from the southern USA, we won that war. In Vietnam where our soldiers smoked Asian marijuana, we got our asses whipped. Tobacco Road is indeed an all red, white, and blue USA song.
