The Pope has been talking up Islam. Says they represent a threat to no one. He apparently forgets exactly why the walls were built around Vatican City.

Last October--in a show of inclusivity--the Vatican opened a Muslim prayer room in the Vatican Apostolic Library for visiting scholars. He apparently forgets exactly why the walls were built around Vatican City in the first place.

You do not hear much in US news about the abuse scandals being pushed under the rug for the last uncountable years. He decided that nothing ever happened. One diocese destroyed the audit of 30 years of claims.

It's what the masses want. The Faithful will tell you it was just a few rogue priests, while denying the involvement of Rome in knowing the problem and relocating those priests so they had fresh lives to destroy. There is no corner of our society where people will not sacrifice their own children for the parents' ideology/cult, from sex changes to not speaking ill of Father O'Malley.

We're all Aztecs. March the kids to the altar for a one-way trip to appease the gods. This is our greatest undoing.
 
A Virginia state judge blocked officials from certifying the approval of new congressional maps in Old Dominion, a day after voters narrowly passed them.

Tazewell County Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley Jr. called the ballot measure to approve the maps "flagrantly misleading" in a ruling April 22 on a lawsuit brought by the Republican National Committee. @John Brunner would have to confirm this, but what I heard on this was that things were redrawn for this election only and everything would go back to regular for 2030. If true, that sounds really sleazy to me, but then I expect nothing less from Democrats in power. John said he and all other non-conformists would be disenfranchised in Presidential elections from now on.

Virginia Governor Spanberger announced if Democrats win the House, there will be a full 50-state redistricting plan.

They want to guarantee a Democrat majority for corrupt purposes "just this election." We went from the pre-voting commercials of "Gerrymandering is bad" to the day after they think they won with "We're gonna do it in all 50 states."

Yup. That clause passed some time ago by a wide majority. But you know Democrats. Go back again and again (and maybe stack the courts) until they get what they want against the will of the people, then call it "Settled."

I'm glad the campaigning is over. I got tired of seeing Obama on the TV admonishing me as to how corrupt MAGA is. Now he's off to NYC to support his fellow Muslim.

It's a massive, evil, cost-transfer operation that pretends the evil they are pushing, is moral....and it's just evil.

The first was tossed on a technicality, not the validity of the case. This one will be tossed on the validity of the case I suspect. Conspiracy and perjury are what he should be held to account for, not this peripheral stuff.
