But with the pardon, as is pointed out, he can no longer take the 5th meaning each time he does he is in contempt of Congress and maybe more.

And speaking of Biden's preemptive pardons, exactly why is that ridiculous bullshit allowed to exist? Why hasn't someone challenged the fact that if there was no conviction for a crime, there is NOTHING to "pardon??" How do the democrats keep getting away with it?

That preemptive pardon is useless, Beth as it was signed by using an autopen. This automatically renders his 5th Amendment rights null and void.
I'm fairly certain that the Biden autopen pardons wouldn't hold up under pressure; unfortunately, Republicans won't challenge them.

Yup. Which is the same reason why a sitting POTUS was able to bypass the Constitution when he (Biden) only allowed black females to apply for a position in the Supreme Court.
The only thing that will happen in the Fauci case has already happened. One of his half dozen or so lawyers was kicked out of the proceedings.
