How's the Weather Where You Are?

It has been a historically wet winter. One very light dusting of snow. Never below 20 and never above 50, which is unusual for Feb. Usually in Feb. we get some sunny 60 degree days. We have had only a few that hit 45 and only a few with sun.

Today is sunny with a light cool breeze. The month is about over and for the first time in 40 years, I haven't been in the yard doing cleanup. I hope March isn't as windy as usual, but if wishes were horses, I'd be riding an old burro.

@Faye Fox , our weather is opposite yours and not getting any better.
We are in a 3 year draught and wildfires are breaking out all over the state.
We had close to record breaking cold last week, lower 20's, now we're close to 80F.
Sure could use some of that rain your getting.

Isn't that strange. I live in what use to be desert country when nothing but sagebrush and goatheads grow unless irrigated. I was evacuated 4 times living in the mountains because of fire. Dangerous and unpredictable. It seems that climates have flipped.

Faye, I do believe the world climate is changing. I know here we've lost many native plants with no explanation from EPA. we also see planes leaving chemtrails everyday.

-32 F./-35.6 C. this morning, so it has gotten cold this morning. It may drop a little more before daybreak, so we'll see. No new snow to deal with though, so that is probably a good thing.

Although today is in the teens, we've had some days above freezing so we have less snow on the ground than we had a couple of week ago. Everything is still covered, but not as thickly.

It is cloudy here today, but nice and warm enough to be outside. Bobby and I have been doing stuff out in the yard, and enjoying the warm weather. I moved my herbs to the hanging baskets and we put them up on the porch and they look nice there.
The cats knock everything off of the porch railing, so I got the hanging baskets and they should be perfect for growing small herbs.
