Procrastination has always been one of my strengths, but it's getting harder and harder to get started on things that are on my mental list of things that need to be done. It's not like I am sitting around doing nothing; I just don't do the things that need to be done.

3-4. Dental surgery recovery varies from day to day. I was much better yesterday but the 800 mg. Ibuprofen causes digestive problems even though I follow instructions to "Take With Food." I stopped taking it at 9:30 am today & I have to put up with severe pain in gums, sinuses, ear, eye & head. Upper teeth extractions have a more painful recovery. And, of course lying down means more blood to the head which means more pain.
I'm lucky to sleep 1-2 hours/night. And without molars, I'm getting tired of yogurt & watermelon. I had to force myself to eat anything today due to nausea; blood sugar keeps dropping.
