No, but I remember as a young child, my mom reaching around to the back of the car, plucking whomever needed a feeding or hanging, and doing it on her lap while we were sailing down the open highway! None of us had seatbelts on.

baby safety sure has come a long way from the 60's/70's.

HYE kept wet and dirty nappies in a plastic bread bag under your car seat until you got to your destination or back home again after a car trip?

H Y E ….walked out of a shop while waiting to long to be served


I did today ….before the dance I waked over ( a lane way ) to a fairly small, Drakes ( Foodland ) supermarket to get a packet of butter menthols , I was the only customer in the shop , ( it was only 8.30 am )

I approached the fast lane checkout ( only that was open ) The assistant being a 20+ something male …was standing at the till talking to anther employe to his left ….about a shopping aisle away …..about what shifts / work he had been offered ….

So I got my money out / put the pack of butter menthols on the counter , he had to see me …but continued chatting ..didn’t acknowledge me at all….so I stood waiting for 3 mins …..then decided nah ….sorta softly flicked the lollies with one finger — towards his hand …and turned and …. left the shop….went into chemist 3 doors down and bought some

Yes. I was driving through a rural crossroad when a truck loaded with logs ran a stop sign on the other road. I saw him just as I rounded a curve, put the brake to the metal, swerved to the right, took the right shoulder and just missed being hit by inches.

H Y E been in an accident that was somebody else's fault?
 
Seen the Queen , who was doing a little stroll in a fenced off area outside Adelaide town hall ..she was just walking around smiling at everyone

I have seen Queen Elizabeth 11 when she visited Victoria when I was a child. It was a school excursion and we lined up on the roadway. Have seen Steve Monegetti in Ballarat where he lives. Steve Monegetti is an Australian marathon runner who won medals representing Australia over a long career.

HYE had a remedial massage.
