I've been in this county for 15 years, and this is the first year that no one fired a shotgun at midnight. I feel as though I should do wellness checks.One of my neighbors has a Musket gun that he fires off every New Year at midnight. It's very annoying. Some of the other neighbors shoot off fireworks. That is annoying too.
