Anti-telemarketing flowchart

Most of the time, I just disconnect ( I almost said "hang up"....that shows you how old I am...lol) but on occasion, I'll play with them a bit.

I'll say "huh?", "what?", "who?", "what do you want?" until they give up.

My iPhone is set up to send any unknown calls straight to voicemail, and most tele-market calls do not leave voicemail messages; so I never have to deal with those anymore.
I do get spam email sometimes, but I just delete that.

So I should sing Sur le pont d'Avignon l'on y danse, l'on y danse...? over and over?
Or" It's the song that never ends..."
; )
My brother yells in German.
My husband says, could you just wait a minute, and sets the phone down, wasting their marketing time. And does not come back.
But mostly we just let it go to voicemail because the calls are so numerous and telemarketers or donation collectors don't leave a message. Although sometimes they say Hello, Mary? a couple of times before hanging up. I think those are the ones that I have foolishly made contributions to lookiing for more.
