..and how they are being made! These videos fascinate me, and bring me a lot of enjoyment just having them on my smartTVs Youtube channel. I am a curious person, especially regarding anything tekkie though, so I started searching the web. I found out how these are made, and I so want to try it, but haven't as yet. I am not that tekkie, but I try things and it's just fun to try for me. I also want to add, the videos I like may not be your cup of tea, but there are lots more like it, maybe to fit your tastes in relaxation, or to add atmosphere to your home. I am a "Winter" Gal, I love Winter, really best of all seasons I think. But I am retired so I don't have to go out I like all the seasons, but Winter seems the coziest so I choose vids like the one below. I did get the free software online called "Blender", looks awesome for a free software. I'll put that in, but first I'll give you a link to an article that talks about how these are made in case you might like reading about them: https://www.vice.com/en/article/qjpnk5/ambient-youtube-videos-asmr-lofi-hip-hop-beats-how-to-make Here's my fave as of today, but they keep making more so I keep exploring This one is 6 hours, and I like it best for the good audio for the crackling fireplace, which I doubt I'll ever have
Looking at that reminds me of the Yule Log. Love these videos as they are relaxing. However, if I am reading, they distract me. Can't win 'em all.
Hi @Lois Winters, I like the ones without music, I guess I like the sound of the fireplace, and I also like the rain-fall ones, or mild storms I like too I love to read when I go to bed and it's totally quiet
These are fun! For some reason, I'm not relaxed by the sounds of dripping water or crackling fire or thunder. But I do like breezes and windchimes, though of course not while trying to read!
Wow, what good taste you have, I love it!! Now I'm going to have me some of that Also, love to hear that same sort of Christmas music, I'll be finding some of that too for December! Thanks Bruce!!
I was given not videos but relaxation tapes for sleeping when I worked 4 x 4 nights which was 6PM to 6AM. They were tapes of rain or chirping birds in a forest setting and the like. It didn't do a thing for me.
