AI Cameras Required on Cars Starting in 2027

really where can you find one those ? Ours is trying to go out,and I do not need a dang washing machine telling me the time, greeting or any other nonsense
Speed Queen still sells them. They are quite pricey and reputed to be for commercial use only. but I have seen them sold on line.
I buy mine used at an appliance store that takes the 'broken' machines when a new one is purchased. They refurbish the old ones.

According to Pew Research, the United States alone has at least 3,000 (yes three thousand ) data centers with at least 1,500 more in the works.

More and varying types of AI equals more and varying data centers —- that are by-and-large very UNWELCOME in the rural areas companies are trying to build them.

This means AI is likely going to invade humans in virtually every aspect of our lives.

Anyone who reads and believes in the Scriptures, this may be the beginnings of Revelation 13:16-18 .

There are a lot of things that fit these days.

Yeah, someone is trying to buy land here for data centers. Not gonna fly this is cattle and farm country.

Tell your gummint officials that rope is cheap and trees are free.

We've been sold out here. And a lot of these water-hogs are going in to rural areas where land is cheap but there is no municipal water system, meaning aquifers are gonna get hit hard. Then the government can install water treatment plants and force everyone onto the municipal system and make us cap our private wells.

When you consider that for the past several decades, they have been pushing people to use less electricity, while electric grids have often struggled to meet the demand, and now they are pushing for AI data centers, which are energy hogs, I think we can figure out who is going to be paying for them in higher electric bills.
PLUS the push for EVs, which are already limited range even with a robust power grid.
Things that make you go Hmmmm....

I read that a data center can consume as much electricity as 40 homes. That's the entire customer base of my electric co-op, spread across 14 counties. A couple of years ago my co-op warned us to expect higher bills and brownouts.

In the end, hopefully after our time, only the elite will have access to niceties like electricity.
In the UK and France, during sweltering heat, only the elites get air conditioning. The masses are also prohibited from cooling off in the rivers. It's almost like the elites want them dead. The farcical thing is the "elites" are always the lesser among us.

I don't have air conditioning. We had a window air conditioner for a while but we didn't replace it when it quit working. Most summers, we don't have more than a few days with temperatures above the 80s, so we do well without it. We do have a heat pump upstairs that cools, not like an air conditioner, but sufficient to keep my wife satiated. I don't even have air conditioning in my Tracker. After paying to have it fixed twice, for it to last only a year or so, I gave up on AC in my Tracker. The heater works, and that's more important.

That is great Ken. It would not work well in our area. It is 7:05 and 80F with a forecast of 97F. Humidity is a factor not to underestimate. Mold sets in in no time.

I presume this is supposed to be a haha.
No, the regular folks are being denied air conditioning because "climate change," they are being told to not sit in their cars to use a/c because "climate change," and they are banned from going in the rivers to cool off. I forget what the reason was for the ban on swimming. I posted in the AI thread that the European Commission shut the a/c off in their building on the bottom 7 floors where the rank & file work, and left it on the top floors with the upper crust's offices are.

Regular folks who have A/C and/or heat pumps use it. That incident at the EU did not last long.

Ban on swimming? So far 26 official drownings but no bans. Ice cap on Mt. Blanc is melting though.

The British UK Council has ordered homeowners to remove their A/C units because it violates Net Zero Rules. This is not a hiatus on their use...the units are being forcibly uninstalled.

The EU incident only ended because of the bad press it got when the Elites said their own ideology does not apply to them. The fact that it was done in the first place sows their arrogance, contempt and corruption.

I don't know when those drowning stats are from or what the circumstances are, but there is a ban on swimming,

Regarding ice caps melting...the earth is constantly changing. The axis tilt continues to change. Solar activity ebbs & flows. This idea that it cannot change just because humans are here to observe it is silly, and points out the hypocrisy of all the Evolution believers who now claim that stasis is the norm. Stuff happens. Asteroids hit. Volcanoes erupt. Some regions warm up while others cool down. And life goes on. It always has, long before we showed up.

ps: I doubt that we'll reach agreement, but I'll always listen to what you have to say.
