A new something all the time

A couple of years ago, I learned I needed to find another way to express my frustration.
I was having a bad day, arguing with utility companies about fraudulent charges & my contractor was trying to take shortcuts & overcharge on a home-repair job.
After taking my insulin, I threw the syringe at the wall as hard as I could - along with several four-letter words. I chuckled when it stuck into the wall. But the next day when I reached into the top of a kitchen cabinet to get a dish, I had the worst stabbing pain in my shoulder. I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder & it was difficult to shower or shampoo. I must have damaged the rotator cuff. Luckily it was OK without treatment, but it took 4 months to heal. So.....age actually does change things. :giggle:
