    What Are You Doing Today?

After a night of broken sleep, due to the neighbors dog barking since midnight, I got out early to flush out my fountain that my friendly raven drags all manner of food he finds that school kids a couple miles away, throw down. Hot wings are his favorite, but this morning it was slowed to a...

"Marie", has a new primary care "Doctor" now

It tears me up too @Jake Smith. Makes me cry. I hope she will do the Hifu. That will do wonders for her getting out of the sharp nerve pains. Hugs!

    Moving!

Since this thread is titled Moving, I must say that if the weather stays too cool for AC, but too warm for heat and I have to leave my windows open 24/7, the neighbors dog continues to bark from 1AM till 6 AM, and the local horny barn owls extend their mating season many more days, I am going to...

    What Are You Doing Today?

What am I doing today? Well, after checking my agenda, I see getting the garbage can out to the curb is all that is on it. I was thinking about doing some more downsizing, but I decided against it since the things I could eliminate, don't eat hay. :sneaky:

    TV/Streaming Series or Movie Reviews

"The Madison" shows promise and certainly left me interested in watching the second season. So far, I am enjoying "The Dutton's." "Landman" is my favorite of the Taylor Sheridan shows because of the characters and its being closer to reality than some of his shows. Also spending time in West...

    Columbines

Columbines do their best when left to grow as they would in the wild. They don't even need fertilizer. The best soil is that like a Rocky Mountain pasture. They also don't ever get as colorful at lower elevation. They survive here and come back year after year, but never look like they did in...

Are People That Annoying or Is It Just Me?

No Von! We do not want these joy riders on our country roads! They can stay in town and hunt racoons. :sneaky:

    Columbines

You guyzzz are in luck! Notice I didn't use y'all since the Columbine is my Colorado State birth flower. I grew up seeing thousands of acres in the mountains, covered with them. I have always had some growing in my wild flower beds. This year, they bloomed, didn't last long, and were pitiful...

"Marie", has a new primary care "Doctor" now

I had HIFU a few years ago on one branch of my left trigeminal nerve. It got me out of the worst excruciating pain, but left part of that side of my face numb. I haven't had unbearable sharp pain in that area since. It was a better option than the sodium blocking med that was making me sick...

    What's for supper?

I did more than drizzle honey, it was mixed in the PB. :ROFLMAO:

    What's for supper?

Peanut butter on toast, topped with banana slices. An open face Elvis impersonator sandwich, if you will. I had it last afternoon and was impressed how bowel friendly it was at this mornings conference.

    Shopping--What did you buy?

I agree! I also like the slant pockets being easier to get hands in. I don't need back pockets anymore and find denim pants are more comfy for sitting, without them. I also like the fuller straight leg. My Oncology nurse wears these and said they were super soft and comfy, and they looked great...

    Shopping--What did you buy?

To take the thread back to topic, I finally broke down and ordered some elastic waist band denim pants. I found these expensive USA made ones, but 1/3 the original price on Poshmark. I should have them in a week. USPS is slower that a 3 legged turtle these days. I still have lots of USA made...

Thanks Cody, it was very kind of you to include me with the more prominent gals, Yvonne and Beth. :ROFLMAO: That deserves a 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠 review! :sneaky:

    Colonoscopies

I guess you don't read what I write. It is a very low risk procedure and has a very high success rate of finding cancer in very early stages. 94% is a very good success rate. Also my colon cancer was stage 1, not penetrating the colon walls or spreading to other organs. It was very flat but big...

    Colonoscopies

If no polyps or disease, then I wouldn't worry about having anymore. If you need to for some reason, go to a specialist. Diabetics get colon cancer at a 47% higher rate than non diabetics. This is well documented and has been for years.

Little Known Facts That Might Interest You

Weed, California got it's name from it's founding pioneer, Abner Weed, not from the influx of hippies during the 1960s as some think. :sneaky:
