I picked up an end cut of a nice smoked Gouda yesterday, so the past couple of dinners have been a salad with hard boiled fresh eggs with cheese & crackers.

Will contain pork chops and my version of Mac and cheese, and maybe some beans or another veggie.

BBQ pork sandwiches, oven fries, and baked beans.

Made an Asparagus & Ham omelette.

Szegediner Kraut. Sauerkraut with bacon, onion, Hungarian paprika, caraway, mashed potatoes, grilled pork. The pork should be cooked with the kraut but I do not feel like meat.
