If I don't do a grilled cheese with hot green chili peppers for lunch, then that will be supper. Cooking for one meal, IE grilled cheese, is hard enough for me, so the other will be whatever can be eaten from the carton.

Normally I do not cook on grocery day,but will today. So making dressing with some chicken,,other words chicken and dressing
Normally this would be for Xmas, but I got hankering for it today. Sho;d have enough to freeze and have some later on

I often keep servings of dressing and green bean casserole in the freezer. Sometimes you just get a taste for that stuff.

Tonight I'm gonna have a salad, leftover spaghetti (I always make a large enough batch for 2 meals), garlic bread and a Dreamsicle. It's a coin toss as to whether or not I'll make the drive to pick up some calamari. I've been craving it lately.
