As of this morning it is some better, think I lodge it back in place. Keeping ace bandage on it to hold in place some.
Be careful. I don't know why I do bad things to my knee when I am sleeping sometimes. An one is not supposed to wear an ace bandage through the night. As of this morning it is some better, think I lodge it back in place. Keeping ace bandage on it to hold in place some.

Gardening sleeves have proven helpful for me. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=gardenin...14d84f0c4b&tag=mh0b-20&ref=pd_sl_60n8ry8on1_eWe have to be more careful with everything now. Just sitting in my chair, I can get another bruise on my arms and hands by hitting the end table.![]()

Interesting concept. What do you base this on please?Hiccups being mentioned: you know how a baby gets them and quite often?
That is what starts the electrical impulses for a baby to begin learning. Like speech,
tactile feelings, etc to enable the brain to soak in information.
So maybe in the elderly it's a good sign? Maybe getting them helps to keep dementia away.
I look for positive things, so let's hope I am on to something and Cheers to hiccups if so.
The infant hiccup was covered in college classes for Early Childhood Education & Development years ago when I attended.Interesting concept. What do you base this on please?
