I've been going through my CDs and Christmas music is some of my favorite tunes, so I've had them going through my head. I haven't actually listened to any of them, but I've got them sitting next to me, and it won't be long.
I just watched this song by 2 of the sons of Merle Haggard....the elder of the 2 (Noel) is the spitting image of Merle when he was middle aged...and the eldest of the 3 brothers (Marty) in the red shirt , sitting in the audience next to Bill Anderson is the spitting image of Merle as a senior .. I did a double take because I thought it was the ghost of Merle himself ..wow!!
Even though the temperature doesn't seem like it, Fall is here. Not sure why, but this song came to mind as I sit here thinking about winters approach.

No music today, but I like Spotify and the other night I was listiening to Heart and the Statler Brothers. My fave Statler song wasn't on there though. I liked Susan when she tried, that was a good one. Picture Me was on though, and Flowers on the Wall, and of course I like just about anything Heart ever did, so I was happy!
A lot of times, I'll wake up with music in my head, then I'll seek it out on YouTube. Sometimes I don't even know the name of the song or who sings it, so i'll do a google search to find out. This is what was just going through my head. I'm thinking perhaps it was in a movie I watched last night or the night before.
