Mine is AB negative The two main blood groups are ABO and Rh. The ABO blood system has four main types: Type A: This blood type has a marker known as A. Type B: This blood type has a marker known as B. ... So, there are eight possible blood types: O negative. ... O positive. ... A negative. ... A positive. ... B negative. ... B positive. ... AB negative. ... AB positive.
It's been so long since I asked my doctor but I thinking B positive. There is a home test kit available I just might order it after I read the reviews. https://www.homesciencetools.com/product/eldoncard-blood-test-kit/
That would be nice to have Von, I only know mine because it's on my dog tags from when I joined the Air Force in 1960.
I have a card in my wallet that has my blood type on it. I got it when I was expecting my first baby nearly 40 years ago and have carried it ever since.
I had to get my Red Cross blood donation card out to see what mine is. B positive. There is one that is a universal blood donor. Is it B positive?
From Wikipedia: In transfusions of packed red blood cells, individuals with type O Rh D negative blood are often called universal donors. Those with type AB Rh D positive blood are called universal recipients.
Thanks for admitting it. I was going to skip the whole thread because I thought I would be the only one who didn't know.
I used to give blood until they told me to stop because I had to much iron in it. I never was given a donor card and none of my medical records on-line give it. even with all the ops I've had.
