I agree. The rest of the world has been propping up Ukraine while Russia still holds the territory they set out to annex at the beginning. Russia’s GDP, population, etc. vastly surpasses Ukraine. I said at the start that this would be a war of attrition and Russia can simply outlast Ukraine and especially the willingness of other countries to endlessly pump money, resources and even lives into a fruitless endeavor. Here’s a different perspective on Russia.

I don't know about the specifics, but I think they often are. War propaganda is not unheard of.

That was what I tried to convince people here to believe when this war started. Clinton was the devil here, not Putin.

I just saw a report that a plane carrying 85 Ukrainian POWs was shot down over Russian territory by a Patriot missile battery in Poland operated by U.S., UK, and Polish military personnel. When will Russia lose patience with our shenanigans and target NATO bases, or NATO member states? When we were fighting Iraq, what would have been the U.S. reaction to Iraq shooting down an American plane over Texas from Mexico or Cuba?

Yes, that was on Twitter news, too, and I remember reading about it there and thinking that it was terrible that they kill their own people and then blame Russia for what happens.

Apparently NATO killed the POWs, not Ukraine directly, at least according to Russia. The Missile supposedly came from Poland. Britain is apparently preparing an expeditionary force for service in Ukraine and Chuck Schumer threatened that if the phony border bill is not passed by the House, Biden will send U.S. troops to Ukraine. I don't understand how the issues are connected other than we are more concerned with Ukraine's border issues more than our own. With so many states backing Texas, is civil war really now on the horizon?

If there is going to be conflict, I believe that it will not be a civil war as in states against states but rather, the Federal Government against the states.
In his 1st year in office, when referring to an armed conflict with American revolutionaries, Biden very flippantly warned that the Government has bombs and tanks.

Now, why would he say such a thing?
Was it a case of his half-brain giving up parts of a pre-planned agenda or was he simply bragging about being the commander in chief of the military forces or both?
Frankly speaking, I do not believe for an instant that the Pentagon will set military forces against the States that are speaking out against Biden’s stupidity.

If something is going to happen, there’s 269 days left before the next election and an additional 66 days before another President is sworn in so it’ll be soon.

Not for getting all tangled up in any wars, especially not even our ally.

The word “Allie” is rather troubling.

When making an alliance, the leader of this nation is supposed to be the spokesperson for the U.S. and its resources of money, manpower and machinery.
If in the event that the country is not in favor of an alliance (or supporting an existing one) but the leader makes or honors one anyway, then it’s an alliance between leaders:
leaders who have the power to move an unwilling nation into harms way or war.

Presently, between the U.S. and Ukraine, I’m more apt to believe that we have an alliance of leaders rather than an alliance of countries.
Biden pledged the support of the United States in any way we could but does the majority of the population of an already overtaxed nation agree with those words?

The Bidens were paid very well for the obligations they have placed on our nation, as they were also paid for selling us out to China.

I think many kickbacks go into the democratic coffers. I don't trust any of them in the Outhouse now.

NATO and the US/UK all want to get a war started that is the only way they can survive as people are waking up to their plans. If they can not get a war started they can't hid all their crimes.
