Mother's sitting a baby on the checkout counter wearing a diaper!! it was one of the newer kind .. not made of cloth ,but geee whiz!!! I saw that today , I wanted so bad to say something and she actually took the baby our of the shopping cart seat to set him on the checkout counter!! Unreal..!!!!
