The guy is obviously lying. It is clear he escaped 2048, due to future drunk laws being a felony, punishable by up to 10 years hard labor on Mars. He simply came back to a more lenient time, imo. He's probably done this before. I would recommend having his picture and name put in a time capsule to inform the future about what this guy is trying to pull.
