This morning, during my walk I saw some fat mushrooms at the little vegetable stand I frequent and since I had no idea of what they tasted like, I had no option except to buy a couple. In this picture you see, some chopped up onion, a sliced up fat mushroom and a whole one, some Kapow, which is a that is a bit spicy, a little bit of chopped pork and two eggs that I added some Cayenne pepper and a little bit of soy sauce to.

One by one I added to ingredients to a frying pan and then added the eggs. ( If you let your eggs cool to room temperature they seem to taste better.)

The red color in the plate is some chili sauce. Tastes better than it looks!

:oops:I love mushrooms! This dish is not complicated to make. As long as you enjoy your dish who cares what it looks like. I would sometimes open a can of button mushrooms add a slab of butter and spices. Pop it in the micro for half a minute just so the butter is melted. It's a snack for me and I just enjoy my button mushrooms!
