Shirley you have a wicked sense of humour, were you the wit in your family as a child, or did it develop in later life?

Have you always played lots of games?

    Very nice graphic, Terry!

Shirley..I have two questions for now..:)

How did you meet the love of your life?
What's the silliest thing you ever did?

Shirley, if you owned a restaurant, what would it be like and what would your menu offer?

Love the graphic, Terry. Thanks for the basket of goodies.

I have always had a sense of humo(u)r. My whole family does. We're a hoot to be around.

We played lots of board games when my children were home. I kept a big bag of pennies and we would play penny poker when they got older. Everybody would get the same number of pennies to begin with. The one who had the most pennies at the end of the game was the winner. I enjoy playing games online and it keeps my brain working. (I hope) :D

I was dating a friend of DH. There was a drive in that all the teens gathered at. We would park the cars and visit back and forth. DH came over to the car I was in, leaned in the window and started talking to me. The next day, he showed up at my house. And the next day. And the next day. Finally, I decided that the only way to get rid of him was to marry him. :D He told me years later that he thought to himself that first night, "I'm going to marry that girl."

My town used to have a big down home Christmas celebration. I played Mrs. Santa for several years. I was inside giving the children treats and little gifts. Santa was outside taking Christmas wishes from them. The first year, I finished up and decided to walk around outside. Santa was walking down the street, too. I ran up to him and yelled, "Honey!" And gave him a hug and a big smooch right on his jaw! The next day, there was a picture of it on the front page of the paper. I didn't know who Santa was and still don't.

Well, the only kind of cooking I know how to do is country cooking so it would have to be that kind of restaurant. I would have southern fried chicken, collards, baked sweet potatoes, chicken slick, cornbread, fried fish in Friday with slaw and cornbread. I would call it Mama's Country Kitchen.

Shirley, what is your biggest regret? If you don't want to tell us your biggest maybe move it on down to your 2nd or 3rd biggest regret?

Do you think it's more fun to hang out around men or ladies? (I'm not talking about anything sexual)

Shirley, what is one thing you would change about your life right now if you could? Something that is doable.

@Shirley Martin , as a small child Paul Bunion and his Blue Ox was my first crush. Of course I was unbelieving when told he wasn't real. As a child did you ever believe in a fictional charactor? What did you like about school when you first started? Were you a daddy or momma's girl?
