Have you seen the image of the nude Donald Trump on Hufftington Post? I am not a Trump supporter nor any of the candidates for President of America. I am a huge fan of nude body art but this image of Mr. Trump was in no way within my taste of the hundreds of nude body arts I've seen in my lifetime. I really find it violating... in fact it was disgusting as far as I see it. (it's my opinion anyway, and I am at liberty to express about it. How bout you? For the sake of wholesome discussion, does the image violates Trump's human rights? What do you think? LINK WARNING: Viewer discretion advised. Some might find the content offensive.
I looked. Is this a real image or the artist's interpretation? I don't know the law regarding painting nudes without the person's permission? I can imagine a nude painting of Hillary looking just as ridiculous.
If Hillary hasn't been indicted for murder, she isn't going to be held (and neither is anyone who supports her by posting garbage about Trump) accountable for something like this silly stuff. It can't be a real photo of him anyway.
Did you look at it, Denise? It's a painting of him naked. On the fat side with a tiny little pee pee. If he can sue, I would wait til after the election. A lawsuit now would just bring negative publicity.
I'm betting on Trump ignoring it, I am praying he does because that just shows how unimportant their bs is to him, as well as his supporters. Everything they do to try and coerce him, or deter people from sticking with him, has failed. This will too

I have read all the above comments, and thank God I am still sane and still belong to this society of mindful seniors. I shared the fun and the not so fun replies. Going back to the topic, I asked if the painting (yes, its a painting sketched by an artist and therefore not the actual including that little pee pee there @ Chrissy lols...) was a violation of sorts. I'd say it violates first my views about how I perceived nude body art and then I believe its a human rights violation on the part of Mr. Trump having been painted his image without his consent. I believe there must be a consent from Mr.Trump(whichever way it may be) before going into publishing and exposition. But i likewise agree with some of you that the violation was quite complicated and will cover several laws of international stature with Mr. Trump, an American, the painter, an Australian national and of course the worldwide media. But boy oh boy! I won't dare buy that thing or anything like it in the auction well maybe in the next circa of life unless its valuable like the nude pee pee of Ashton Kutcher or Brad Pitt! (oh please spare me and pardon my very wild imagination!)
