Good evening to all- Since we've been isolated here at home, we have been eating a lot out of our garden. This spring, we had great lettuce, broccoli, snow peas, collards, and new potatoes. Since it's now summer here, we are eating tomatoes, green beans, squash, blue berries, and onions- all in great abundance. I have to pick green beans about every other day- we have been supplying the neighbors with green beans- even if they didn't want them. And of course, we get about a dozen eggs a day from our hens out back. Anyone need any fresh yard eggs? We have plenty. So far it has been a very good garden year, and I look forward to this fall/winter when our citrus trees promise to give us lots of fruit for juice. This all has made social isolation a lot easier to accept. good night to all- Ed
@Ed Marsh It is wonderful and refreshing to hear from someone living off his own produced spoils of the land! Frank
