My wife called me to come and see the visitor from the garden. I remember seeing these in Canada but not this big although I have seen even larger here but did not have a camera handy.
Those were not car keys because I know he/she likes WAKING but they are house keys in case it wants to STICK his/hers nose in the house. Joking aside it was just for a size comparison
LOL! I just looked. The species of walking stick we have in North America is not quite as delicate as those found in the tropics. Ours are skinny, but nowhere near that slender: There are many reasons I wish I had been able to travel more, the flora & fauna of different regions being at the top of the list.
My door has always been open to anyone who wishes to come I have had many visitors from the US and Canada who just want to see the real world and not the tourist traps
And that's another side of my desire to travel...to see the real people and not see "America" replicated in a local version. Otherwise, why bother?
