Kirk Douglas has died. He was 103. -- People Magazine
Spartacus! RIP, Kirk.
RIP Kirk. One of my all time favorite actors.
One of the 'Greats'
What a beautiful article in People for Mr. Kirk Douglas.
Yep, He was old.
What a life though. First generation American, veteran, worked his ass off, leaving a hell of a legacy!
Actually, I thought he was already dead. His son is getting up there too.
RIP Kirk. Many people were not aware he was not only an action hero actor but a serious dramatic one in his early career. But for me he is defined by Spartacus.
Same here. Even this day and age, 103 is considered quite a long life!!
He was from Russian Jewish heritage. His real name was Issur Danielovich.
My favorite line was from the film "The Champion" when he pronounced the word "champion" in a growling, gutteral way.
Impressionists ever since have made it a point to use that line in their impressions of Kirk Douglas!
Check it out!
