That kinda speaks to a subject that I have believed for some time, @Martin Alonzo. This address proves only that the oft-quoted "consensus" of all climate scientists doesn't exist. What does exist, however, is pressure on those whose careers and livelihoods rely on government grant. Those people, if they speak at all, must agree with the climate change story or they lose the funding upon which they depend. Retired and emeritus scientists don't generally agree with human-caused climate change. The science just doesn't make sense. The story lives on, however, since the younger, non-science folks, not only don't have the background to make the decision, they have lost the ability to think critically and come to a fact-based decision.
Over several decades, we have been encouraged to surrender our common sense to the experts, and to believe them even when they are proven wrong repeatedly, when they have been caught in outright deception, and when what they say makes no sense whatsoever. Having achieved this, of course, they will use it to political advantage.
If you look this video was 5 years ago and who heard of it. The government put 2 billion dollars into looking for global warming but not on penny to finding out it was a lie. If you want funding you know what side you need to be on. Truth and science has no chance when the funding is against you.
