There is no real recipe to this, just guidelines & suggestions. 1-Dredge the chops in flour, salt & pepper. 2-Bring a skillet up to temperature. 3-Melt enough butter to fry the chops. 4-When the chops are done, make a sauce in the pan with roughly equal amounts of butter and honey. 5-When the honey is melted, add a handful of pecan pieces. 6-Heat through. 7-Spoon the pecan sauce over the chops.
