I've always been a big water drinker. Even as a kid, I didn't care much for sodas. Maybe the occasional glass of Kool Aid, but mostly I'd come in from outside and stick my mouth on the kitchen spigot. Same as an adult. I keep a big mug of water by my side all the time. Always did at work. Still do at home. But I do drink a lot of coffee as well.
John... Water is water, and coffee doesn't really count for the water ….. however,.... coffee is still keeping you hydrated... Ice water seems to be almost the best thirst quencher...
With the heat we are having lately, I have been drinking a bit more than my usual.. I think I am up to about 100 ounces of cold water daily...… boy, do I ever go to the toilet.. good thing my plumbing system works very well..
Hal... An imperial gallon consists of 4 quarts.. A quart is 40 ounces… a gallon is 160 ounces ….. imperial,... not American... Now, we are in the metric system up here.. A liter is about 32 ounces.. You are drinking 2 litres..
