My cat likes to be rubbed under his mouth on his neck. He likes it so much that sometimes he'll hold his head upward waiting on me to scratch his neck. Then he begins to purr. Sometimes, its his signal that he wants to be fed.
Well, not according to the chart you posted. I had two cats for 20 years and they both loved being on their backs and my rubbing between their front legs with my bare feet. They would both plop down right in front of me and beg for a belly rub.
