You were only kicking our a*** up until Steve Smith decided he was going to stay in for the next 5 hours. Took our score from 122 to almost 300. That was the beginning of the end for your blokes. Then Lyon and Cummins produced the coup de grace on the last day. where you capitulated for ..oh yes 146. Only 250 short of a win.
Ben Stokes for a knighthood.
You jest of course. Oh I forgot you lot give away an MBE if you win an Ashes. Stokes lucky as.. any one of his mistimed slogs could have been snaffled. Then it was Ashes to us.

O I did not no am so sorry
Will not post as well the Monty Python sketch as well about BRUCE.
Only the British would be excited about winning ashes.
And the Aussies as well
Its sad about you Americans.
Anyone know why the game ended up being called 'cricket'?? Just an ODD name for a sports game.
Oh No. We Aussies regard it as the ultimate sweet victory defeating the people that invented the game. Actually that is not entirely true. I read somewhere the French played a similar game even before the English.
Think its the Dutch name for Stick.
There is a French version meaning the same.
WE Brits are nothing if not always Gracious in defeat.... you Aussies however.....
