Yep, it's going to be baseball..... because I understand baseball and it's 'bout the only sport I do understand.
me too. football is not a sport i understand or even like.. but maybe bowling i do understand but that can be for some other time ...
OK.... Now we have a team of nine (9) players... We are all seniors and we have both men and women playing.. We don't exactly obey all the rules and that is why we always win.. We don't cheat but we bend the rules a bit... We play aggressively and we are good at the game... I don't know if we can get 9 people to play this game, but even if we have only a few, we can try it out... Actually 9 would be a bit too many anyway.....
We don't really need a full team of 9 players because with the pitcher we have, almost no-one ever gets to be able to hit the ball.. A pitcher,... A catcher ,..... A first base,... A second base,.... S shortstop, …. and another player that can play almost any of the positions.. I think we can find 6 players to join in the game, if not, ...we will adapt.. After all, we will make the best with what we have.....
Ok Steve why dont you get the ball rolling. I know nothing of baseball. Tho I recall seeing a match.. US vs Sth Korea at Sydney Olympics.. and did enjoy it immensely @Steve North
could we please hold off for 2 days as I will be away.. My air conditioner in my car just blew and it is under warranty.. upon returning, I will work out the positions.... how many players do we have ???? Sorry for the delay....

I can’t “play” this time Shirley as I can’t be here everyday ,we was due to go back to dancing today however... Shirley (Our dancing friend ) has a racing heart so we’ve put it off till next week got other things in the diary as well and you’d all be left hanging waiting for me to come play with my team mates
