Not at all. The absolute worst company to work with is One Reverse Mortgage. They never approved my loan after months of hoop-jumping to obtain my grandmother, who was in hospice, and we had previously paid all processing and interview expenses. Another lender was located, and a reverse mortgage was quickly and easily obtained allowing her to continue living in her home hospice.
1-I don't see any evaluations. 2-That link is for people to take out a reverse mortgage on their existing home in order to buy another property. Is that what your grandmother did?
I am amazed that someone on a senior’s forum still has grandparents alive ! I think that most of us here do not even have any parents who are still living, let alone a grandmother.
