Hey, if they want to leave the union, the rest of us will go there with crowbars, pry the state loose, and set them adrift. It makes as much sense as Democrat Congressman Hank Johnson worrying that if too many people were all on the same end of Guam, the island would capsize.
Not everyone in California thinks alike, nor do they all want to leave the union or divide the state....never gonna happen. As for an earthquake, I doubt it but not worried about in any case.

I remember, while living in So California, when some politician wanted to put a Bill thru about splitting up the state and calling them: Northern California, Central California and Southern California. Why? Northern and Central California didn't want anything to do with Southern. Southern was just too fast-paced and other things. Everyone already knows there is a Northern, Central and Southern part of the state, but the state was going to be renamed that way.
