Cajun Creole Spiced Chicken Fettuccine Slice vegetables and set aside. Combine all spices in a small dish. Wash chicken, pat dry, then pound down to even thickness. Rub with spices (you will probably have some left over). Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to pan. Add chicken and cook on medium-high heat on one side for about 7 minutes. Flip chicken, reduce heat slightly. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through (165°). Remove and set chicken aside. In same pan, add vegetables and cook until very tender. Start pasta at this time. Add cream to vegetables and heat through. Add cooked pasta and stir to combine and heat through. Transfer pasta and vegetables to bowl. Slice chicken and serve on top of pasta. https://www.cookingclassy.com/creamy-cajun-chicken-pasta/ pdf attached
This looks pretty yummy. I can also add that noodles can be made of beans rather than wheat — and, to my taste, I can't really tell the difference. Really.
