looks like he's finally going, he's 67 and in my opinion with all the stories about him he should have left 2 years ago...I'm sure he doesn't need the money, now he's just an embarrassment to his family. I never liked him too much...too smug and could be a real a** sometimes so I won't miss him...seldom watched his show...although sometimes he'd be right, just the way he said things irritated me. http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...l-oreilly-in-wake-harassment-allegations.html
I've never liked him. For all his bluster, when Obama came on his show during the 2008 campaign, O'Reilly all but kissed his feet.
It doesn't really surprise me that the guys who were at Fox when it started are being hit with sexual misconduct charges either. If you remember, when the Network started, pretty much the only women they had there were young, pretty blondes. The type of talent they were looking for seemed clear to me.
Yes, it was pretty obvious. I just don't get why he didn't retire earlier on his own and walk away with some bit of dignity....yes, he had that earlier case that was settled but that was awhile ago.... Now he's leaving like this...I doubt anyone will hire him, advertisers would balk.
what a mess. Kelly left for NBC, and not happy there Greta Van Susteren, took off for MSNBC. who's next?? I used to like his show. but this sexual harassment charge really turned me off. he's paid out millions in law suits. so time for him to go. they have a lot of damage control to do over there
That does seem strange, yes. I have never watched his show regularly but it's on once in a while and he seems to spend a good part of his show selling books. So besides the television show, I would think he has a pretty good income. I was glad to see Megyn Kelly leave.
