I have been invited to a baking forum which I quite enjoy because of the recipes posted especially those with accompanying photos of the finished product. However, I am not fond of doing work in the kitchen but I am having second thoughts now. Why not bake for the fun of it? We have an oven that I can use, it has the function of a real oven although with no temperature setting and it doubles as a griller (the fire is above).

For starters, I am thinking of a special pudding, one that is unusual but palatable. I have decided on the pudding because it is fun to tear the bread into little pieces. And since I have 2 housemaids who can help me, maybe I will do some baking soon.

Sounds like Bread Pudding....one of my favorite desserts. I don't make it though and only on occasion will split some for dessert at a restaurant.
