@Frank Sanoica, please post how your nephew is doing with it. The "scramblers" (my term) are being touted as a substitute for the opioids.
A friend of mine used Diclofenac for many years and it affected his throat. Had to have a stent put in to keep it open. Long term use of any medication can be harmful so be careful with new drugs not tested for a long period of time.
