    Well, hyperbole on the floor of Congress set up the lawsuits if it passes. But it's still going to the Senate for a vote.

    Yes and if the Dem majority with a couple of rinos vote it through we all know that the Cheshire Cat in the oval office will sign on to it too and the lawsuits will begin.

    But alas, legalese will always have it’s way in the end. The two word phrase of Common Use will probably bite ‘em in the butt and the bill will go back to be reworded into a more devious way to bypass the past Supreme Court judgement.
    Hopefully, this multi-tier game of chess will put the king in check for at least enough time to bring in a more center to right Congress leaving the new and improved bill in the dust somewhere.

    And in the meantime more innocents shall be slaughtered in "Gun Free Zones," not unlike American soldiers off to war, solely as political pawns.
